When you register with Cecily Plum you need to give us information such as your name, email address and delivery address and your credit/debit card details. This information allows the transaction to take place, your parcel to be delivered, and us to contact you about the delivery.
Cecily Plum does not store your card details at all. Ever. All card details are processed by a dedicated super-secure card processing firm called "Secure Trading." You can check their credentials here.
We record your name and contact details, and details about your orders, so that we can deal quickly with any queries.
We also keep a record of any email correspondence we have with you, this allows us to keep track of any concerns or queries you have had.
You're welcome to request a copy of any data we have about you (see below).
Cookies allow websites to remember visitors, and any data that visitor has entered onto the website. Cookies not only allow visitor to be remembered between website visits. To some degree, they also allow shopping baskets to be filled as you move around the shop. Without cookies, webstores such as Cecily Plum do not work.
