Postage within the UK is free for any order no matter how many items you purchase! We use Royal Mail first class delivery for all items, and we aim for same-day 4pm (or next-day 4pm) dispatch in all cases.
International and Republic of Ireland postage rate is £5.99, no matter where you are, or how many items you order. International parcels will usually be sent by airmail or courier, and they may need to be signed for on delivery.

If you're sending a gift why not use our giftwrapping service? For £3.99 we will wrap all the items individually with tissue paper, put them into a white box which is then wrapped in thick gold paper and finished with organza ribbon. We protect the whole parcel with bubble wrap and send it in a waterproof mailing bag.
Feel free to email us if you'd like us to include a handwritten note, or if you have any particular requests for the giftwrap. You can send your requests to info@cecilyplum.com.
For very large items, such as larger baby changing bags, we will wrap the item in tissue paper, then gold paper and ribbon, before putting them into a box and shipping them. This is because we haven't managed to find any mailing bags big enough to hold our largest boxes!
If you'd rather we didn't include the invoice in the parcel, just contact us and we'll make sure we send it to you instead.
We like to try things on before we buy, and you probably do too. As a result, we encourage you to order as many sizes as you like, try them on in the comfort of your own home, and then return the ones you don't need. For this reason return postage in the UK is FREE.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase (28 days from outside of the UK) and all return items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refunds will be made at the original sale price, and will be processed as quickly as we can. When a discount was applied to a combined purchase, if the return of items means the discount would no longer apply, then this will be taken into account when making the refund.
