Delivery

United Kingdom

The postage rate within the UK is £3.95 for any order under £50, no matter how many items you purchase! For orders over £50, postage is free!

We will use Royal Mail first class delivery for all items, and we aim for next-day dispatch in all cases. You can therefore expect to receive your parcel within three working days; probably sooner.

International

The international postage rate is £5.50, no matter where you are, or how many items you order.

International parcels will usually be sent by airmail or courier, and they may need to be signed for on delivery. The details of delivery will be confirmed by email. If you would like information about delivery for particular items before you place an order, please email sales@cecilyplum.com.

Returns

Free returns

We know that it's good to try things on before you buy, and so at Cecily Plum we encourage you to order as many sizes as you like, try them on in the comfort of your own home, and then return the ones you don't need. For this reason return postage in the UK is free.

Conditions of returns

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase (21 days from outside of the UK) and all return items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to return

Returning goods is simple:

• Make sure all the items are in their original condition.
• Fill in the return form (see forms below).
• Pack them up into the box you received them in and make it secure.
• Attach the free returns label to the front.
• Take your parcel to the post office, and make sure you obtain a proof of delivery as we can't be liable for parcels lost in the post. For international returns you will also need to pay for the return postage.

Refunds

Refunds will be made at the original sale price, and will be processed as quickly as we can. When a discount was applied to a combined purchase, if the return of items means the discount would no longer apply, then this will be taken into account when making the refund.
